Machine name: Full automatic bottle washing and drying machine
The introduction of Automatic bottle washing machine:
This machine is newly designed for the washing of inside and outside of bottles after long terms of experience of customers in production. The main system of this machine is the washing roller which is divided equally into eight parts, and therefore, when bottles reach the washing roller, bottles will step around the spindle at an angle of 45 degree, that is to say, each time the roller turns around by 45 degree angle, the bottles inside and outside will be washed by the water from the spray nozzles around, and when reaching 225 degree angle, the bottle will be brew dry by the puff port so that bottles are washed and dried automatically in process.
Performance features:
This machine applies frequency controller and photoelectric system so that it can realize automatic power off when bottle crowded or without bottle in process;
It features fine design, compact structure, stable and reliable performance, convenient operation, adjustment and maintenance and it is easy to change different bottles by replacing the bottle gripper.
The whole procedure: Bottles feeding, bottles inside and outside washed, bottles blew dry and bottles sent out.
