Introduction of the machine SCGX20-8 Rotary full autoamtic filling and capping machine:
This machine includes one rotary full automatic piston filling machine and one rotary twisting capping machine and it can automatically finish filling and capping of oil containers with production capacity 6000bph(when filling 1000ml). And this machine applies mechanical and electrical integration design with high automation and production capacity and the main electric components are from world-famous brands such as Japan OMRON and Mitsubishi etc. Which guarantee stable, reliable and durable performance. The advantage of this machine is that it has big production capacity with high efficiency. While the shortage of this machine is that it shares no adaptability for different bottles or caps and it is difficult to replacing components when changing bottles or caps, what is more, it costs lot at the same time.
Main working principle:
This machine is rotary two-in-one model with piston filling system and automatic cap arranging and feeding system as well. Its main working principle is that: Empty bottles are delivered by conveyor belt; And then the bottles will be split into the bottle feeding star wheel by screw; And then the bottles will be sent to filling station through the bottle feeding star wheel; And after the bottles are filled, the bottles will delivered into the middle star wheel; And then the bottles will be sent to screwing capping station; And then the capping head will go down after the cap feeding wheel fixes the cap; And then the caps will be screwed tight; And then the closed bottles will be sent to the conveyor belt again by star wheel. This is the whole process. There is an automatic cap arranging, feeding and screwing system in process.

Change the screw, thumbwheel and cap guiding system to meet different bottles and caps;
The components contacting the liquids are made of 304# stainless steel or quality plastic and the most of the coatings are also made of 304# stainless steel or quality plastic;
The main electric and pneumatic components are from world-famous brands;
It can realize no filling or cap feeding when there is no bottle in process and the anti-drip device is available and there is no foam in filling process;
PLC control and touch screen are available and it is easy to set the desired parameters which guarantee stable performance of the machine.
