Introduction of the heat shrinking machine:
This machine can automatically finish bottle feeding, splitting, sleeving and shrinking and so on. It features intelligent, high efficiency, precise positioning, less manpower and perfect package and so on. And therefore, it is widely used in beverage and health foods industries etc.
Main performance features:
The main components and coating are made of quality stainless steel and aluminum magnesium with beautiful appearance, easy to be cleaned and complying with hygienic standards;
Synchronizing linkage conveying system is available and it is convenient to change any conveyor belt in process with easy maintenancea as well;
The knife base is specially designed which is suitable for containers with body diameter 30-130mm, and there is no use to change or adjust the knife base, because there is a touch man-machine interface which can automatically search point of origin and positioning as well, safely and conveniently;
Single shrink label feeding plate is available, medium height and convenient to place the labels; Automatic calculation by the micro-computer, without setting or adjusting, and the labels are automatically detected and positioned by the man-machine interface; And it is easy to change labels quickly and the labels are precisely cut as well;
Synchronizing tensile force driving system is applied to feed labels which can realize output 90 meters per minute, and the roller label plate diameter is 500mm; And it can finish labels feeding and cutting precisely, quickly and stably and so on;
There is a servo mechanism label feeding system on the centre guide pin and the label feeding speed can reach 60-80 pieces per minute;
The new knife applies servo motor system which features high speed, stable and precise performance, smooth cutting edges and beautiful appearance after shrinking, together with synchronizing label positioning system and the cutting edges precision can realize ± 1mm;
The centre guide pin and bottle splitting screw will be changed in order to fit bottles with different shapes and sizes.
